Birdstep Technology ASA sold its business, including 100% of the shares in the Swedish subsidiary Birdstep Technology AB, to Smith Micro Software, Inc, and entered an agreement to merge Birdstep Technology ASA With Teki Solutions AS, a leading B2B provider of mobility and communications services in Norway
